Characteristic
This type filter press is manual hydraulic pressing and screw maintaining pressure or automatic hydraulic pressing and automatic maintaining pressure. Comparing to other filter press machine, it is featured in small size, proper structure, easy to operate and maintenance, maximum feeding and squeezing pressure (2Mpa) and efficient in filtering.
The filter plate is made of reinforced polypropylene with stable chemical property, light weight, anti-corrosive, acid and alkaline resistant, non-toxic and odorless.
Efficient energy saving mining plate filter press use micro computer processor, PLC control every part's action.
High efficency filter press expended the length of cylinder and can discharged several cakes every time. The advantages are stable performance, high efficiency and lower running cost. 
The fast open system can increase the cake discharging efficiency 3-6 times, especially for the filter press that have a large quantity of plates and need frequent operations.
