Leadcrete LHS08100 hydroseeder is the most robust member of our hydroseeder family designed to meet the needs of middle-scale jobsites and demanding seeding applications. This unit has the power and output capacity to handle middle size mine reclamation, highways, and commercial sites with new conveniences, greater versatility and increased operator efficiencies.
The LHS08100 hydroseeder features a large centrifugal slurry pump, coupled with a powerful diesel engine to provide potent pump output, intense pressure and unmatched slurry discharge distances. The unit is also equipped with an independently controlled pump/agitator operation; mechanical paddle agitation; liquid recirculation; hydraulic hose reel; and a hefty hydraulic system.
8000L grass seed hydroseeding machine feature:
- Chassis of hydroseeder machine is welded with a 160*80*6 rectangular tube. Tank is folded by 8mm steel plate. These ensure the overall strength and durability of the machine, and also stable transportation.
- Air controlled clutch, high safety factor and long service life.
- Mechanical paddle agitator, which is convenient to use, high transmission efficiency, easy maintenance for workers, and easy to operate.
- Driven by diesel engine, low fuel consumption, convenient operation and easy maintenance, reducing use and working costs.
- Equipped with a 360°freely rotating universal nozzle, and also equipped with long and short and fan-shaped nozzles and pilot valves, which are convenient to exchange according to different working surfaces.
- Hydraulic driven hose reel with 60 meters hose capacity.
- Special designed slurry centrifugal pump, which can spray viscous materials from the nozzle with up to 70m discharge distance.

A: It is one year count from one month after the shipping date except for wearing parts. We will send some wearing parts of machine and diesel engine when delivery.
2. Q: What is the diesel engine brand of hydroseeding machine?
A: Usually we adopt Dongfanghong or Huangfeng diesel which is famous in China, we also can supply Cummins diesel and Deutz diesel.
3. Q: What is the ratio of soil, grass seed, fertilizer, etc?
A: The ratio depends on the soil locally. So it is better for you to take some photos of your soil, and tell us the slope angle, height, soil condition, etc. then we will recommend you a suitable ratio.
4. Q: Can you supply or introduce to me grass seed supplier?
A: No problem, our factory is manufacturing and selling hydroseeder for many years in China, and there is a good cooperator of grass seed suppliers.
5. Q: What is the horizontal and vertical working distance of hydroseeding machine?
A: Our hydroseeding equipment max. horizontal spraying distance is 38-45m with gun, max. vertical spraying distance is 40m with gun; max. horizontal conveying distance is 100-120m with hose, max. vertical conveying distance is 80m with hose.
6. Q: If your projects are slope greening, what is the slope ratio?
A: For our PB series hydroseeder, its maximum slope angle is 60°, if it is larger than 60degree, it is better to choose our PB-15SR and PB-25SR series thicker hydroseeder.
