6AM Small Size Simple Structure Pneumatic Air Motor, Rotary Pneumatic Motor
Vane air motor description:
With compressed air as actuating medium, vane air motor makes use of the expansion of compressed gases; convert the pressure energy into mechanical energy. Air motor has simple structure, small size, light weight, high horsepower, and easy to be operated and maintained. It also has the feature of proof water, fire, moisture and explosion. It can work in humid, high temperatures, high dust and other proof working environment. Besides mine, rock drilling and loading, it was also widely used for ships, metallurgical, chemical, petrochemical, volatile atmosphere, paper and other industries.
Vane air motor features:
1. Great for harsh environments: It does not build up heat or sparks make air motors ideal for use in flammable or explosive applications.
2. Intrinsically safe in hazardous environment, can work in humid, high temperatures, high dust and other proof working environment, for example: Mines , petrochemical ,volatile atmosphere, flammable or explosive applications.
3. These air motors can be coupled with gearboxes to increase torque and reduce speed.
4. Simple structure, small size, light weight, high horsepower, and easy to be operated and maintained.
5. Air motors can easily operate under conditions which are unfavorable electric, hydraulic, stepper and servo motors.
Applications:
Mixing equipment, Conveyor drives, Pump drives, Food packaging, Pharmaceutical packaging, Winches and hoist, Hose reels, Fiberglass choppers, Tension devices, Turntables, Oil and gas industry for air winches and Mining equipment
